My Approach

Have you ever shared your life story and suddenly recognized the many layers that have shaped your experiences? Life can be complex, and without the right tools, those layers of challenges can feel overwhelming. That’s why I take a holistic approach to counseling, one that considers the mind, body, and spirit as interconnected parts of overall well-being.

Through both my professional and personal experiences, I understand how different aspects of life impact our mental and emotional health. Often, the mind, body, and spirit reveal unmet needs or patterns of distress that keep us feeling stuck. By addressing these interconnected elements, we can break cycles and foster meaningful growth.

I believe therapy should be personalized because healing is not one-size-fits-all. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide guidance, support, and tools to help you move toward a more empowered, fulfilled version of yourself.

My therapeutic approach is multi-modal, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Existential Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and a Culturally Competent perspective. This means I tailor my approach to fit your unique needs, helping you develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and clarity in your journey.

We are all shaped by our unique experiences. Together, we will work to uncover your strengths and create meaningful change. Let’s embark on this holistic journey to growth and healing together.
